Opened packs
Once a pack has been opened, the digital contents are revealed and final. Opened packs are non-refundable.
Unopened packs
Unopened packs may be refunded at RareItUp's discretion within a reasonable window after purchase. Contact support with the order reference.
Chargebacks and reversals
If a charge is reversed (refund or chargeback), RareItUp will attempt to reverse the underlying entitlement: minted cards still owned by you are removed and the pack open is marked refunded. If the cards have moved on (sold, listed, traded, or used in a legacy set), the reversal is escalated to manual review and your account may be flagged.
Promotional credit and wallet
Promotional credit and wallet balances are non-cash and non-refundable. Withdrawals follow the limits posted in your wallet.
