Physical Redemption Terms
Physical card collections are only issued once 75% of the Founder Edition supply has been sold. Until then no physical fulfilment is promised or accepted, with one exception: THE FIRST.
Physical redemption unlocks at 75% of supply sold
—Claims made before the gate are recorded in a queue with your position held. Nothing ships until 75% of supply is sold.
What is redeemable
A completed 245-card Founder set may be redeemed for a physical collection once the 75% gate is open. Individual cards are digital-only unless explicitly marked redeemable. Gold double-backed cards follow their own claim rules and are also gated.
THE FIRST — the only exception
THE FIRST, the single 1/1 of the Founder Edition, is guaranteed as a physical item to whoever finds it, under the existing 50% discovery gate. It is the only whole physical guarantee before 75% of supply is sold.
Redemption is irreversible
When you redeem a card, the digital collectible is permanently marked as claimed and cannot be re-listed, traded, or re-redeemed. Confirm carefully before submitting.
Delivery is paid by the collector
Delivery, courier, insurance and any customs or duty costs are paid by the collector and quoted at claim time before you confirm. Completing a 245-card set entitles you to the physical collection itself, not to free shipping. Physical items are fulfilled by RareItUp or a partner printer, and shipping windows depend on region.
Regional restrictions
Some regions are excluded for legal or logistical reasons. The redemption form will surface eligibility before you confirm.
Defects and loss in transit
Report defects or non-delivery within 30 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation. We replace defective prints and re-ship lost packages where the carrier confirms the loss.
