1. Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Do not share credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Packs and randomness
Pack contents are revealed by a seeded RNG with a published proof. The proof is verifiable after the open completes. RareItUp does not adjust outcomes after sealing.
3. Ownership and provenance
Each card instance is recorded with a unique serial number and a provenance trail. Ownership transfers only through documented platform actions (purchase, trade, escrow release).
4. Marketplace conduct
Off-platform transfers are not supported. Listings, trades, and swaps must use the in-app flows so provenance stays intact.
5. Disputes
RareItUp support handles disputes; outcomes are at our discretion. See the Refund Policy for payment-side reversals.
